Day 1: Embarkation - Valley of the Kings - Valley of the Queens - Medinet Habu - Colossi of Memnon

Meet and assist at Luxor City (Luxor airport / Luxor train station / pick up at hotel). Transfer to your Dahabiya by our modern, comfortable & private aire conditioned deluxe vehicle. Embarkation in Luxor for a relaxing week sailing the Nile on a luxuriously appointed dahabeyya. After lunch, excursion to the West Bank for visits to the burial places of the Pharaohs - the Valley of the Kings - where Howard Carter discovered the tomb of Tutankhamen in 1922. Continue to the adjacent Valley of the Queens, the temple of Medinet Habu and the Colossi of Memnon. Dinner on board. Overnight on the Nile banks of Luxor.

Day 2: Karnak and Luxor Temples
 
Breakfast on board. You will visit the magnificent temple complex of Amon-Ra at Karnak, with its vast hypostyle hall of 137 columns, followed by the imposing 28 The Dynasty Luxor Temple. Lunch on board. Dinner and overnight in Luxor.

Day 3: Sailing to Esna
 
Today will be a leisurely day. After breakfast, sailing to Esna and cross next side of water level where your dahabeyya will moor overnight. Lunch and dinner on board.

Day 4: Sailing to El Hegz Island - Edfu Temple
 
Breakfast on board. This morning you will sail to El Hegz Island which takes around five hours sailing. El Hegz island is a small island which is located north Edfu. Sail to Edfu to visit the wonderfully preserved Temple of Horus. Lunch on board. Dinner and overnight moored beside a Nile island.

Day 5: Sailing to Gebel El-Silsila - Sailing to Kom Ombo
 
Breakfast on board. Today you will sail to Gabal El Selsela which is a vast, out-of-the-way region of good quality sandstone, between Edfu and Kom Ombo. The Ancient Egyptians exploited the sandstone in great quantities to build temple complexes. This region became famous because it was believed that the annual Nile inundation, which enriched the Egyptian soil with fertile earth, originated at Gebel el-Silsila. Lunch on board. Sail to Kom Ombo. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 6: Kom Ombo Temple - Nubian Party
 
Breakfast on board. Today visit the Ptolemaic temple dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek and the Falcon headedHour's god of the morning sun. Lunch on board. We sail to Aswan via Daraw and Kopania, it takes around five hours. Where you will enjoy Nubian Party. Dinner and Overnight in Aswan.

Day 7: High Dam of Aswan - Unfinished Obelisk - Philae Temple
 
Breakfast on board. This morning you will visit the Aswan High Dam (completed in 1971); the Old Dam (completed in 1902). Tour to the unfinished Obelisk lying in site since the Pharaohs days. You will also visit the Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis, a structure rescued from the rising waters of Lake Nasser at the time of the High Dam's construction. Lunch on board. Dinner and overnight on board in Aswan.
