Contact Person:
Once you send the request, you will be in contact with an operator from Hasa Tours Company for assistance and to answer any questions from your side. You can stay in contact with your operator throughout the entire period prior to your arrival in Egypt, not only until making the reservation of your required service. Also, you can continue communication after your arrival in Egypt via our free cell phone, which will be provided to you on your arrival day.

 

Payment:
After reaching an acceptable agreement or a satisfactory form of your package or excursion, a pre-payment should be sent to secure the booking of your tour and to allow us to begin our services, such as booking hotels, boats, cars, entrance tickets to tourist sites, etc., and to ensure availability of accommodation.
We have two payment methods: bank transfer and online payment via our website using Visa or MasterCard.

 

Deposit:
The down payment is 25% of the total amount. For tours during high seasons (Christmas, New Year, and Easter) or in the case of groups, the deposit will be 50% of the total cost. This amount can be sent via bank transfer or online through our website. It is highly recommended to send the deposit once you decide to book the agreed tour to guarantee availability.

 

Rest of Payment:
The remaining balance should be paid upon arrival, either in cash or by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), to our representative who will meet you at the first pickup location.

 

Modifications:
We are pleased to make any required changes to the original service, subject to availability. In this case, your operator will check the possibility of all requested changes and arrange everything accordingly.

 

Payment via Credit Card:
In case of paying the deposit, the balance, or both by credit card, kindly provide the following documents required by our bank:

  • Copy of both sides of the credit card used for payment
  • Copy of the passport of the cardholder

Both copies must be signed, and the signature must match that on the credit card and passport.

 

Methods to Send the Documents:

  • Scanned via email before arrival
  • On the day of arrival, handed personally to the Safina Tours representative

Payment via Bank Transfer:
After sending the down payment, please provide us with a scanned copy of the receipt via email or fax to enable us to follow up with the bank.

Final Confirmation:
Once everything is agreed and the down payment is received, your operator will immediately begin all bookings and arrangements, including hotels, boats, guides, and vehicles. After all bookings are confirmed, you will receive a document titled “Final Confirmation of the Tour.”
Please review it carefully and reply with “confirmed” if everything is correct, or provide your comments if there are any discrepancies or missing services.

 

Fair Cancellation Policy (Excluding Peak Periods):

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email in order to be processed and confirmed.


In case you cancel your trip, the following charges will be applied:
- From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 15% of the entire tour price will be charged.
- 35% of the tour price if you cancel 60-31 days before arrival.
- 50% of the tour price if you cancel 30-15 days before arrival.
- 100% of the tour price if you cancel 14-1 days before arrival.

Kindly note that the initial deposit is non-refundable, as it is used to secure reservations, cover administrative costs, and confirm services with our suppliers.

Additionally, airline tickets (both domestic and international) are subject to the respective airline’s terms and conditions and may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees at the time of booking.

Please also note that certain services, including but not limited to Nile cruises, luxury hotels, and peak-season bookings, may be subject to stricter cancellation policies in accordance with supplier terms.

We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, curtailment, and other unforeseen circumstances.

While we always strive to minimize cancellation charges wherever possible, all fees will be applied in accordance with the above policy and supplier commitments.

 

Refunds:
According to the above cancellation policy, refunds will be made to the same card or bank account used for the original payment.

Complaints:
If you face any problem during your tour, please contact Hasa Tours immediately so we can resolve it. Your satisfaction is our priority.
If, after returning home, you feel dissatisfied, please send us an email explaining your concerns. Your feedback is highly appreciated and helps us improve our services.
